Ken Bigger joined Grenzebach Glier and Associates (GG+A) as Vice President and Chief of Staff in 2009.  His priority is to provide day-to-day management of strategic initiatives in several operational areas within the firm, including support of consultants and the efficient use of resources within the firm.

Prior to joining GG+A, Ken held a number of administrative and development positions at the University of Chicago.  Most recently, he served as Associate Secretary, overseeing the University's visiting committee program, among other responsibilities.  Ken also worked in the University's Office of Alumni Relations and Development, where his last position was Director of Principal Gifts Strategy.

Earlier in his career, he directed operational, financial, and community life programs as Administrator for Disciples Divinity House, a foundation for theological education affiliated with the University of Chicago.

Ken has a Ph.D. in Ethics and a master of arts in Divinity from the Divinity School of the University of Chicago; he holds a bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Religious Studies from McDaniel College in Westminster, Maryland.

Ken is a member of the Episcopal Church Council at the University of Chicago (the Brent House Board), serving on the Executive, Financial, and Development committees.  Brent House is a recognized leader in chaplaincy programming for campus communities.
