The Bryn Mawr School

In 2002, The Bryn Mawr School, an independent  school for girls, enlisted GG+A to assess the school’s readiness to execute a $25 million campaign, the largest in the school’s history, and provide campaign counsel.  After evaluating Bryn Mawr’s fundraising capabilities and interviewing key leaders and prospective donors, GG+A recommended   campaign strategies including alumnae participation, solicitation activities, and a plan for a strong Annual Fund to provide a pipeline for future major gifts and volunteer leaders.

By the time Bryn Mawr went public with its campaign in fall 2006, it had already secured $19 million in gifts and pledges and could unveil its new North Building, funded by early campaign commitments.  A year later, the school was recognized for its improved and exemplary fundraising efforts by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE).  The Bryn Mawr School  successfully established a strong basis on which to build future fundraising efforts.
